In the morning I met with Madhu and two other friends for breakfast. My usual Indian breakfast consists of idli. Made of lentils and rice it contains both carbohydrates and protein and should provide good nutrition for cycling. What I also like is the fact that the chutney or sambar comes on the side so I can decide how spicy I want it.
After breakfast we went for a little photo posing with the bike.
The rest of the day was spent updating the website and doing a bit of planning for the coming days.
