As I woke up feeling very sick there would be no chance to cycle today. Perhaps it was the kebab I had for dinner yesterday that had knocked me out – I guess I should just stick to rice and chicken like the locals do.
I had just been on a scale two days earlier and had found that I was already too thin by then. Having now lost all my appetite and surviving on isotonic drinks and cola was quite bad timing.
I hope the appetite will return soon.
